"I race the car at Rivers Edge Raceway located in Mission, British Columbia, Canada, one hour out of Vancouver. It's a 7 turn 1.8 mile course which is under a three stage construction phase to end up as a 10 turn 2.3 mile course. Stage one will completed by mid September hopefully. I am a member of SCCBC, Sports Car Club of British Columbia, (sccbc.net) and a licensed member of ICSCC, International Conference of Sports Car Clubs, (icscc.com). I'm still in the novice program with only two novice races under my belt. I came in 3rd out of a field of 7 the first time out and 3rd out of a field of 6 the second. Darn those V-8s. The car is a '77 with a '84 1.8 stock engine and of course brake and suspensions mods. Upon completion of my novice program, hopefully on September 16/17 weekend, the car will run for the first time in G Production. And looking at the stats for G Production cars I've got a good chance at winning."
